Our founder, Patrick Beach, recognized as one of the top 100 influential yoga instructors globally and brand ambassador for various international brands, has shared his expertise in over 30 countries. Patrick has been dedicated to his yoga practice since the age of 20 after suffering multiple sports injuries. He has found a deeper consciousness through this practice and an expanded physical expression. Patrick designed and developed the Awakening Yoga practice, which he now teaches to students worldwide.
Inspired by his vision, we offer the transformative power of yoga in Seattle and via our online classes. Wherever you are and whatever you do, our doors are open and our teachers are ready to welcome you. Those who prefer the flexibility of virtual classes can choose from 1000+ online courses.
